Located directly off the Parkway in Sevierville, across from Tanger Outlets, Adventure Park at Five Oaks offers family-friendly outdoor adventures on a beautiful 70-acre property. Its guided zipline tour features eight lines reaching up to 2,000 feet long, with speeds of up to 50 mph and scenic views of the Smoky Mountains. The approximately two-hour experience is available for guests ages 4 and older who weigh between 40 and 270 pounds.
During select times of the year, guests may also be able to experience Zip at Night, featuring a fully lighted course that offers a different way to soar through the Smokies after dark. Because availability may vary, guests should confirm this option when booking.
Adventure Park at Five Oaks is also home to Five Oaks Riding Stables, where guests can take a guided, one-hour horseback ride along a scenic 3.5-mile trail featuring wooded areas, streams, and mountain views. Standard horseback riders must be at least 6 years old, although a limited number of children ages 3–5 may be accommodated as double riders with an adult.
Zipline and horseback-riding combination packages are available, along with group options for celebrations, family gatherings, and team-building outings.
