Ride the Bluff! That’s the slogan of Bluff Mountain Adventures, where guests can explore 6,000 acres of rugged Smoky Mountain terrain on a guided ATV or UTV trail ride.
Trails accommodate different skill levels, from first-time riders to experienced drivers seeking a greater challenge. The one hour Family Introductory Ride travels through the foothills of Bluff Mountain over moderate terrain and includes plenty of opportunities for scenic photos.
Experienced riders can take on the 1½-hour Mountain Trail Adventure, which travels over rough terrain and climbs approximately 2,350 feet to the Bluff. Along the way, riders encounter mud, rocks, roots, and spectacular views of the Smoky Mountains.
For an even greater challenge, ask about the Ridge Run or Custom Trail Ride. The Ridge Run travels over very rough terrain, including narrow trails along the mountain’s edge, and requires extensive mountain-riding experience. Custom Trail Rides cover more ground and provide a private, guided experience tailored to the group’s riding abilities and preferences. These advanced rides are offered based on availability and trail conditions.
All participants must be at least 57 inches tall. ATV drivers must be 16 or older, while UTV drivers must be at least 18. Guests ages 17 and younger must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
