Flapjack’s Pancake Cabin has been serving made-from-scratch Smoky Mountain breakfasts since opening its first location in Sevierville in 2001. Inspired by an old mountain homestead and memories of pancakes made in a grandmother’s kitchen, Flapjack’s combines hearty breakfast favorites with a warm, cabin-inspired atmosphere.
Pancakes are the specialty, with classic and creative selections served throughout the year. The menu also features waffles, french toast, omelets, breakfast skillets, egg platters, biscuits and gravy, country ham, chicken and waffles, and other satisfying morning favorites. Gluten-free pancakes and waffles are also available, although they are prepared in shared kitchens and may not be suitable for guests with serious gluten allergies or celiac disease.
With six convenient locations across Kodak, Sevierville, Pigeon Forge, and Gatlinburg, Flapjack’s has become a familiar breakfast stop for Smoky Mountain visitors.
