Riders ages 5 and older can ride their own horse, while children ages 4 and under who are under 42 inches tall may ride double with an adult, subject to applicable weight requirements.
Continue your journey with an Exotic Animal Encounter! Hop aboard the Jayell Ranch Express and head out to meet an exciting collection of animals, including kangaroos, giant tortoises, tropical parrots and birds, and our playful capuchin monkey, Abu. Guests can even add on a special Meet & Greet with Abu for an opportunity to enter his exhibit, interact, and take photos with him. Age requirements apply to entering the monkey exhibit.
Next, slide into excitement with our Year-Round “Snow” Tubing! Zoom down our 500-foot synthetic “snow” tubing hill for an unforgettable adventure no matter the season. Children must be at least 2 years old, 31 inches tall, and 25 pounds to participate, and additional weight requirements apply.

Choose from exciting zipline experiences and soar through the Smoky Mountain scenery on a course featuring thrilling lines and a unique tunnel experience. With expert adventure guides there to assist you along the way, it’s an unforgettable way to experience the ranch from above.
Get ready to hit the road in style with our Street Legal UTV rentals! Cruise the Parkway, explore scenic mountain roads, or spend the day discovering the Great Smoky Mountains in one of our street-legal Honda UTVs. With options that seat up to six, it’s a fun way to explore the Smokies with family and friends. Street Legal UTV rentals are designed for paved roads only and are not permitted on off-road trails.
