Located on Teaster Lane in the heart of Pigeon Forge, this 35,000-square-foot attraction brings real snow, indoor tubing, and hands-on snow play to the Smoky Mountains no matter what the weather is like outside.
Pigeon Forge Snow makes fresh, real snow every day using 100% pure water with zero chemicals. Thanks to specialized snow-making technology, the snow stays cold while the building remains a comfortable 65–70 degrees, so guests can enjoy a winter adventure without bundling up in heavy coats and snow gear.
Snow tubing is one of the main attractions, with seven dedicated lanes ready for year-round fun. A magic carpet conveyor carries riders back to the top of the slopes, making it easy to enjoy run after run without climbing back uphill. Tubing participants must be at least 3 years old and 38 inches tall, with a maximum weight of 375 pounds.
For younger visitors and anyone who would rather stay off the slopes, the indoor Snow Play area offers another way to experience real snow. Guests can dig, build, sculpt, make snow angels, and create their own snowmen in soft, packable snow. There are no age or height restrictions for Snow Play, although children under 12 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
Parents and spectators who want to watch the action can visit the Overlook Lounge at no additional charge. Located above the snow area, the lounge provides views of the slopes along with massage chairs and arcade games, giving guests a comfortable place to relax while family and friends enjoy the snow.
