During the day, the coaster offers scenic views of the surrounding landscape, but after dark, Rocky Top Mountain Coaster transforms into a completely different experience. An extensive lighting system illuminates the mountain and coaster track, creating a colorful nighttime ride filled with lights and special effects.
Rocky Top Mountain Coaster also transforms throughout the year with seasonal experiences. During the fall, Zombie Invasion turns the mountain into a haunted coaster adventure filled with infected creatures, immersive scenes, and scares along the track on select nights. During the Christmas season, holiday lights and festive decorations create a completely different atmosphere, with additional seasonal activities and special appearances offered on select dates.
Rocky Top Mountain Coaster is designed for both single and double riders, making it an adventure families, couples, and friends can experience together. Drivers must meet current age and height requirements, while younger children who meet passenger requirements can ride with an eligible driver.
