There’s still plenty of adventure waiting at SkyLand Ranch in Sevierville! While SkyLand Ranch’s mountaintop activities are temporarily closed, guests can still visit for three unforgettable experiences: the Safari Hayride, a Meet & Greet with Dozer, the mini Highland cow, and a ride on the Wild Stallion Mountain Coaster.
Get up close with the animals of SkyLand Ranch on the Safari Hayride. Climb aboard a covered wagon pulled by a John Deere tractor and journey through the ranch for a guided animal adventure. Along the way, you’ll have opportunities to see, feed, pet, and photograph animals including llamas, alpacas, donkeys, sheep, goats, Highland cows, longhorn cattle, fallow and sika deer, and more.
For an extra-special animal encounter, make plans to meet Dozer, SkyLand Ranch’s lovable mini Highland cow. During a Dozer Meet & Greet, groups of up to five guests can spend one-on-one time petting, brushing, and interacting with Dozer while capturing plenty of memorable photos. The experience also includes a printed souvenir photo and digital images to take home.
Ready for a thrill? Take a ride on the Wild Stallion Mountain Coaster, the longest mountain coaster in the Southeast. The 1.25-mile track provides more than eight minutes of twists, turns, and Smoky Mountain scenery. Best of all, riders control their own speed, so you can race down the mountain for a thrilling adventure or take things slower and enjoy the views.
Visit during the day for mountain scenery or ride the Wild Stallion after dark to experience the lights of Sevierville and Pigeon Forge from the hillside. The coaster can be enjoyed separately, or guests can bundle their ride with the Safari Hayride for even more adventure.
