Get ready for a hands-on day of animals and family fun at Springtime Farms Exotic Petting Zoo and Adventure Park in Sevierville. Located just a short drive from Pigeon Forge, this interactive farm combines up-close animal encounters with a variety of outdoor activities for families to enjoy throughout their visit.
Animal lovers can meet, touch, and feed an impressive variety of exotic and farm animals. Depending on the animals currently at the farm, guests may encounter kangaroos, zebras, capybaras, camels, bison, llamas, alpacas, ostriches, emus, rheas, Watusi, Highland cattle, miniature donkeys, goats, sheep and more.
Some of the smallest residents provide some of the biggest smiles. Spend time hand-feeding rabbits and guinea pigs, meet baby chicks and other young farm animals, or step into the parakeet experience where hundreds of colorful birds flutter overhead and may land on your hands, arms and shoulders.
Special animal experiences can make a visit even more memorable. Bottle-feeding opportunities with baby animals such as kangaroos, deer and antelope may be available, while the Capybara & Kangaroo Experience offers another way to get closer to some of the farm’s most popular residents. Availability of individual animals and encounters can vary.
Springtime Farms has also grown into much more than a petting zoo. More than 20 family activities are featured around the property, including a 200-foot Super Mega Slide, a large jumping pad, pedal karts, games, a walking trail, play areas, and other activities designed to keep the fun going between animal encounters.
Guests can also try their hand at gem mining. Purchase a bag of paydirt and use the farm’s sluice to search for colorful treasures, with everything you discover yours to take home.
Seasonal events add even more to the experience throughout the year, with special activities and themed celebrations offered during select times. Because individual activities and animal encounters can change seasonally, every visit can bring something a little different.
Springtime Farms Exotic Petting Zoo and Adventure Park is located at 253 Happy Hollow Lane in Sevierville. Whether you come to feed an exotic animal, surround yourself with colorful parakeets or spend the day enjoying the farm’s family activities, there is plenty to explore beyond the traditional petting zoo experience.
