The Old Mill remains at the heart of the experience. For generations, its massive stones have ground grains that continue to play a role in foods served and sold throughout The Old Mill. Visitors can browse stone-ground grains, mixes, and other pantry favorites inside The Old Mill General Store or take a guided tour to learn more about the mill’s history and see this Pigeon Forge landmark from a new perspective.

The Old Mill Restaurant serves hearty, scratch-made Southern favorites beside the river, while the nearby Pottery House Cafe offers its own take on Southern-inspired dishes in a charming setting. For something sweet, visit The Old Mill Candy Kitchen. Watch century-old machines pull and wrap fresh taffy, then browse creamy fudge, caramel apples, Bear Paws, brittles, chocolates, and other old-fashioned treats made using traditions that have been passed down for generations.
Shopping continues at Sassafras, an Old Mill boutique featuring women’s apparel, jewelry and accessories. Adults can also visit Old Forge Distillery, where Tennessee spirits are crafted beside the historic mill using traditions and ingredients connected to the region.
